Golf in Sync is a new training aid designed in Sweden for short game improvement. The aid focuses on syncing the rotation of the body with the swinging of a golfers arms/hands during a pitch, chip or putt. Most golfers try to guide or steer these types of shots with their hands/arms while accomplished golfers allow the power of their body turning back and through keeping the club head in front of their chest. The Golf In Sync engrains the muscle memory of this motion if used during short game practice.
Another wonderful aspect of this training aid is its ability to help golfers of any level whether right handed or left handed to understand and feel what a “tour” player feels during a short shot. The aid helps control the players length of back swing and follow through by forcing them to keep the clubface in front of their chest and their arm connected to their body throughout the motion. This allows for players to learn to maintain the clubface alignment for a putt, bump n’ run, pitch, flop or bunker shot without trying to manipulate the face with their hands. I would say this aid is well worth the investment if you desire a “tour quality” short game.
